| Corn
Meal - We
grind white and yellow corn meal. The corn meal is a whole grain
product which contains all of the natural ingredients found in corn.
We grind it on a stone grinder and run it through twice to get a
soft, fluffy meal that cooks up into the finest corn bread or
hushpuppies that most people really enjoy!
Wheat Flour - Our Wheat Flour is ground from the whole grain of wheat. this product contains the bran, germ and all the natural materials of a grain of wheat. Rye Flour - Our Rye Flour is pure rye flour with no wheat or any other grain added. This flour contains all the natural ingredients of a grain of rye. Buck Wheat Flour - This flour is pure buckwheat with no other grain added. The buckwheat shell is sifted from the flour. We use inspected, selected grain to grind into all of these fine products. The grain is run through a cleaner to remove light grain stalks and other debris. Then the grain is ground on stone grinders to remain cool during grinding, preserving all of the natural nutrients of the grain in their normal state. This gives you the best and healthiest product possible! All of our mixes are mixed by hand in small batches. All ingredients are weighed and measured by hand and all products are hand packed and weighed. All mixes are a blend of whole grains that will create a special taste that everyone will enjoy! |
